Our Junior Program is designed to help young athletes build speed, strength, coordination and confidence with small-group coaching led by our S&C team.

Do I have to do Onboarding first?
Yes. Onboarding ($599, 5 x 1:1 sessions) is compulsory for new members and anyone returning after time off or injury. It is our most important service because it sets you up for long-term success: movement screen, technique coaching, baseline testing, goal setting, lifestyle review, and a personalised 6 to 8 week Program with clear next steps. If price is a hurdle, talk to us. We have options that suit different budgets.
What is the difference between Strength & Conditioning and Virtus Athletic Development (VAD)?
VAD uses Individualised Programming built around your sport and season, including speed, power, strength, and resilience.
S&C follows a coached general Program that is updated regularly to build strength, movement quality, and capacity.
What are your coaching session windows?
Weekdays 6:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 20:00.
Saturday 7:00 to 10:00.
Sunday 8:00 to 11:00.

How do payments work?
All memberships are billed weekly by direct debit via Wodify Payments. If you need an alternative arrangement, chat with us and we will find a workable option.
Are there lock in contracts?
No lock ins. Memberships run on a 12 week rolling basis with 28 days’ notice to cancel.
What if I go on holiday or need a break?
ou can place your membership on hold for up to 4 weeks within any 12 week period. Please request the hold before your next billing date.
I am injured. Can I still train?
Yes. We will adjust your Program and, when needed, coordinate with our Sports Physiotherapist or Osteopath so rehab and training work together. You can also book directly with our Physio or Osteo.
Can I try before I join?
Yes. Book a Free Intro for a chat and tour. If you are visiting from out of town, use Drop In S&C Session.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can change session frequency or move between S&C and VAD as your goals and schedule evolve.
What is included with memberships?
Coaching in every session, personalised progressions, regular testing and check ins, and a supportive community that keeps you accountable.
How big are sessions, and will I get coached properly?
Every session is coached and numbers are kept intentionally small so you receive attention on technique and training quality.
Do you offer nutrition and lifestyle support?
Yes. We offer Nutrition and Lifestyle sessions and simple habit frameworks that integrate with your Program.
What happens after Onboarding?
You leave with a clear recommendation, for example S&C, VAD, or 1:1, your Program loaded into the app, and your first review point scheduled so momentum continues.
Do you work with juniors?
Yes. Our Junior Athletic Development Program builds speed, strength, coordination, and confidence in a coached environment.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is available out front at our Mornington facility.
