We want the Virtus website, booking journey and member services to be usable by as many people as possible. If something makes it hard to get information, book, train or manage your membership, tell us and we will help find a practical way forward.

Call us for help with an enquiry, booking or membership request. You can also email us with the page or task that was difficult and the support that would help.

What we are working on

We are improving text contrast, form states and keyboard focus across the public site. We test affected pages with automated checks and continue to check them with keyboards, zoom, touch and assistive technology. We do not claim that the site is certified or that every page has been independently assessed.

Your privacy

Please do not include detailed health information in a general website form or email. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information and how to raise a privacy request.
