GET STRONGER,
MOVE BETTER
AND BELONG.
We coach everyday people and athletes like athletes: semi-private coaching, a plan built on your goals, and a community that keeps you showing up, for the next 50 years, not the next 6 weeks.
Real people, real coaching, zero ego.

How we help
Move, feel and perform at your best.
Train with experienced S&C coaches in a supportive community, with programs personalised to your goals and schedule. Training, testing and rehab all work together under one roof.
Expert coaching
Led by experienced strength & conditioning professionals who coach real people, not templates. Every session coached, never more than 12 in the room.
Community focused
Train in a supportive, high-energy environment where you'll be known by name and coached with care.
Results driven
Personalised programming and regular testing keep you progressing, not guessing. Progress is a number, not a feeling.
The long game
We care about your next 50 years, not your next 5 weeks. Sustainable training that builds a way of life.
How Virtus runs
Consistency. Enjoyment. Results.
Consistency
Accountability
Coaches who notice when you miss a session, a plan that fits your actual life, and a community that expects to see you. Showing up is the whole game, and we make it easy to keep doing.
Enjoyment
Fun
Training you look forward to is training you keep doing. Music up, mates around you, hard work that feels like play. If you dread it, we've got it wrong.
Results
Progress
Tested at the start and end of every 13-week season, so you know exactly where you stand. Progress is a number you can see, not a feeling you chase.
Why Virtus runs differently
Not a typical gym.
No sea of machines, no floating around wondering what to do. Here is what that actually means, day to day.
Every session coached
You never train unsupervised. A coach runs every session, every time, and they know your name, your goals and your dodgy shoulder.
Capped small
A maximum of 8 in every coaching program on the floor. Nobody floats, nobody hides, nobody gets lost at the back.
Your program, not a template
Every new member starts with mandatory one-on-one onboarding. We screen how you move, hear what you want, and build from there.
People stay
Our average member has been here 3 or more years. In this industry, that number is the whole story.
The team
The coaches.

The honest answers
Things people ask before they walk in.
I'm not fit enough to start.
You are exactly who we coach. Onboarding is one-on-one, your program starts where you actually are, and nobody on our floor cares what anyone else is lifting. Every member started somewhere.
I've never touched a barbell.
Perfect. No habits to unlearn. Your coach teaches you from the ground up in onboarding, and you will not touch a loaded bar until you have earned it and want it.
How is this different from a normal gym?
A normal gym sells you access to equipment. We coach you: every session run by a coach, capped small, on a program built around your goals. You are paying for progress, not a swipe card.
What does it cost?
Memberships run from $69 to $140 a week depending on the program and how often you train. Every session is coached, which works out around $7 to $9 per coached session. The full breakdown is on our pricing page.
How much time do I need?
Most members train 2 to 4 sessions a week. Sessions run 45 to 75 minutes and every minute is programmed, so you are in, coached, and out.
What actually happens at the Free Intro?
Thirty minutes with a coach. Your goals, your history, a look around the floor, and an honest recommendation, even if the recommendation is not us.
