6-Week S&C Program
Build Your Foundation
A perfect starting point for young athletes aged 12 to 15 who want to learn the fundamentals of training in a supportive, fun environment.
This program develops safe technique, confidence, and a strong base for lifelong progress in sport and life.
What’s Included
- 6-week program focused on movement quality and consistency
- 1 x Onboarding session to assess movement and introduce key principles
- 2 x Coached sessions per week combining strength and athletic skills
- Safe lifting technique: Learn foundational movements the right way
- Athletic development: Build coordination, strength, speed, and agility with age-appropriate drills
- Confidence and habits: Create discipline, enjoyment, and long-term training habits
- Performance testing: Optional testing to track improvements in strength, movement, and athleticism
The program is flexible and can be started anytime, with coaching times to fit school, sport, and family schedules.

Strength & conditioning and Athletic Development
Before jumping into our Strength & Conditioning or Athletic Development programs, we take you through our Onboarding process.
It is designed to help you build the foundation, confidence, and understanding you need to get the most out of your training.
