Rehab and return to training
Independent care. Coached training. One place.
Physio, osteo and psychology at the Virtus address are delivered by independent practices. Virtus coaches deliver strength and conditioning. If training is appropriate for you, we can adjust the plan around your current needs and coordinate with your practitioner when you consent.

Book with Greg or Nina through their own practice.
These links leave the Virtus site and open the practitioner's own booking system. The practice, not Virtus, confirms the appointment, charges the fee and manages the clinical record. See Emily's osteopathy details below and contact her practice from there.

At this address
Three independent practices. One Mornington address.
Greg, Emily and Nina each run or work through an independent practice. They manage their own bookings, fees, clinical decisions, records, privacy obligations, rebates, and referrals. Being at the same address can make communication easier. It does not make the practices one business, and your information is not shared automatically.

The honest answers
Questions about care and training.
Straight answers about independent care, consent, and what Virtus coaches can do.
Should I keep training when something hurts?
It depends on the problem and the person. If you need an assessment or clinical advice, start with the relevant practitioner. If training is appropriate, a Virtus coach can adjust the plan around the guidance you choose to share.
Will my coach see my clinical notes?
No. Independent practitioners manage their own patient records. A practitioner and coach may share relevant practical information only when there is a lawful basis and you have given the required consent.
Do I need to be a Virtus member to book a practitioner?
No. Each practitioner accepts bookings through their own practice.
Do I need to see a practitioner before I train?
Not always. If you are unsure, tell us what you are looking for. We can explain whether the next step is a coaching conversation or an independent clinical booking without diagnosing you.
Can you guarantee I will return stronger than before?
No service can guarantee an outcome. The aim is a clear, progressive plan based on your needs, professional advice, and response over time.
