Privacy at Virtus.

This policy explains what Virtus Performance collects when you use our website, make an enquiry, book an introduction, download a guide, or train with us. It also explains when an independent practitioner at the Virtus address handles information under their own privacy policy.

Website data and analytics

When you use this site, we and our service providers may collect your device and browser type, approximate location, the pages you view, the links or buttons you use, the page or campaign that brought you here, and information you enter into a form.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site. We use Meta Pixel to measure advertising and website actions. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive information about your device, visit, and actions.

On our memberships and Free Intro booking pages only, we are running a short review of how those two pages are used. It records the pages as you move through them, so we can see where people get stuck and fix it. Anything you type into a form is hidden before the recording leaves your browser, so your name, phone number and email address are never in it. This review does not use cookies, does not follow you to other pages or other visits, and ends by 30 September 2026.

You can limit cookies through your browser and use the privacy or advertising controls offered by Google and Meta. Some site functions may not work as intended if essential storage is blocked. We do not sell your personal information.

Enquiries, bookings and guides

If you enter your details into a form, we use them to respond, arrange the service you asked about, and keep a record of the conversation. If you unlock a guide, we create an enquiry record, reveal the download link, and may send practical information about Virtus. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Do not put detailed health information into a general website form. A coach or practitioner will tell you how to share information securely if it is needed.

Coaching and member information

When you become a member, we may collect contact details, training history, goals, bookings, attendance, programs, testing results, membership records, and health information that is reasonably needed to coach and support you. Access is limited to people who need the information for their role.

Independent practitioners at the Virtus address

Physiotherapy, osteopathy, psychology, and any other allied-health services named on this site are delivered by independent practices, not by Virtus Performance.

An independent practice collects, stores, and uses its own patient information under its own privacy policy and professional obligations. Virtus does not receive a practitioner's clinical records simply because both businesses operate at the same address.

If coordination between a practitioner and a Virtus coach could help, information is shared only when there is a lawful basis and the person has given the required consent.

Storage and service providers

We use service providers for hosting, databases, email, analytics, advertising, bookings, payments, and other business functions. Some providers, including Google and Meta, may process information outside Australia. We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the information and the service.

Payment card or bank-account details are handled by the payment provider. Virtus does not store complete card or bank-account details in its own application.

Juniors

We use guardian involvement and age-appropriate consent for junior members. The exact consent path depends on the young person's age, capacity, and the type of information or feature involved.

Questions or requests

You can ask what information Virtus holds about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. You may also request deletion where we are not required to keep the information by law or for a permitted business purpose.

Independent practitioners handle requests about their patient records directly. Their contact details and privacy information appear on their own booking or practice pages.
