FIRST STEP: ONBOARDING

Before you jump into training, we take you through our Onboarding Program, your foundation for long-term success.


Whether you’re new to the gym, returning after time off, or just want to do things properly, this is where you learn how to move safely, train effectively, and build the confidence to enjoy training for life.


You’ll work 1:1 with a coach who will guide you through the fundamentals, help you understand your body, and design a program that fits your goals and lifestyle. Think of it as learning to drive before heading onto the freeway.


  • Five 1:1 coaching sessions to learn key movements, systems, and principles that set you up for long-term progress
  • Movement assessment to identify strengths, limitations, and opportunities for improvement
  • Goal setting to define what success looks like and create a clear plan to get there
  • Individual program design tailored to your goals, schedule, and training history
  • Education on training, recovery, and nutrition so you understand the why behind what you do

MEMBERSHIPS & private coaching


Once you’ve completed your Onboarding, you can choose the training style that suits you best. Our coaching memberships are designed to give you all the structure, accountability, and support you need, whether you prefer more individual attention or enjoy training alongside others.


1:1 sessions completely tailored to you. Perfect if you’re working around injuries, chasing specific goals, or want full flexibility with your schedule. Every detail is designed for your needs, movement, mindset, and progress tracking.


Our most popular option. Semi-private coached sessions where everyone follows their own plan under the guidance of experienced coaches. You’ll move better, get stronger, and enjoy being part of a community that makes hard work fun.
