Maddy blends technical mastery of strength training with a natural ability to connect, encourage, and empower women in the gym. She has coached dozens of women to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, not just in lifting, but in everyday life.
Her coaching philosophy is built on three pillars: clarity, confidence, and care. Maddy believes that every woman deserves to feel at home in the gym, to know exactly what to do, and to feel supported every step of the way.
She teaches you how to move safely and efficiently, explains why each exercise matters, and shows you how to adjust training to suit your body and lifestyle. Her sessions balance expert programming with genuine encouragement, creating an environment where women don’t just train, they thrive.
