The Simple Series · Part 2 of 12
A plan needs to survive an ordinary week.
Work runs late. The kids get sick. You sleep badly. The motivation you had on Sunday disappears by Wednesday.
Start with something you can realistically repeat.
Choose when you'll do it. Make it easy to get started. Have a smaller version available for the days when the full plan doesn't fit.
A shorter session. A walk around the block. Ten minutes spent preparing tomorrow's lunch.
Those actions keep something useful in your week.
And when you miss? Come back at the next reasonable opportunity. You don't need to punish yourself or wait for another Monday.
At Virtus, we want habits that can last through different seasons of life. That takes flexibility and a willingness to adjust.
If you keep missing, look at the plan. It might need to be smaller, better timed or connected to something you actually care about.
Make it realistic. Give it a place. Practise coming back.
If you're finding it hard to keep going on your own, we can help you build a rhythm that works. Book a Free Intro and let's talk about what fits your week.
