Strength & Conditioning: Chapter One

Welcome to S&C Chapter One

We're thrilled to kick off this exciting new chapter at Virtus as we transition from VGT to Strength & Conditioning (S&C). This enhanced format is designed with one goal in mind: helping you achieve yours.

Over the next 13 weeks, we'll focus on optimising your movement, building strength, power, speed, endurance, and muscle mass, all the essentials to support your capacity to live your best life.

Here's what you can expect:

Flexible Programming: Choose the sessions that align with your priorities and work on the capacities that matter most to you.

Baseline Testing: In Week 1, we'll establish where you're at. Then, in Week 10, we'll retest to celebrate your progress.

Goal Setting: After testing, Week 2 is all about setting personal goals for this block. In Week 11, we'll reflect on your journey with a detailed goal review.

2 x Strength Days

2 x Conditioning Days

2 x Athletic Development S&C Days

1 x Bodybuilding Day
