Finish Strong Challenge - 6 Weeks to finish the year

Let's be frank. The last few years has been a shit show.

A variety of factors far outside of our control has made it immensely difficult to find any sort of routine, normality or consistency.

Now we are back, our world has reopened, and it's time to build routine, consistency and good things back into our lives.

Cue the Finish Strong Challenge.

The finish strong challenge is designed to help Virtus Members make the most of the last 6 weeks of the year, whilst building a strong foundation to make 2022 their best year yet. Inside & outside of the gym.

There are four areas of focus, with a point awarded for each contribution you make towards each area.

Training

VGT or VAD session logged in train heroic

Movement

10k Steps or Strava session logged

Nutrition

Food diary or calories tracked

Recovery

Normatecs, breathwork or Mobility session
