(laughing) - Hello! (laughing) - Type in hot start. - Yeah. - So good. - Welcome back to the VETAS performance podcast. Not a Familiar Voice hosting this week. It's Georgia, not Lachie or me. - It's Georgia. - And I'm joined by... - Tess. - And Liv. - Yay! - Yay! (laughing) - Go Mimi! - Go Mimi! - Can you make that noise you were making before? (mimicking noise) (laughing) - It's inappropriate now. - What do you mean? - Why would you... - No, it's okay. - Okay. (laughing) - Carry on. - Carry on. Okay, so how was your week been?

- How's it been? - What's been going on? - We went to the footy yesterday. - We've got shat on. (laughing) - We're going straight to the F. - Before you say that. (laughing) - We need a context. - She needs context. - By a bird, that's the context. - By a bird. (laughing) - Okay, yeah, we were like arm in arm, walking home from the footy. - Yep. - All of a sudden, it's like, what's in my hair? (laughing) - I started freaking out 'cause it felt like something just hit the back of my head.

I'm like, is it water? I'm like, no, it wasn't water, I swear. (laughing) - Yeah, you turned to me and you're like, is anything in my hair? Like, what's in my hair? - I was like, there's nothing in there. - I wasn't even there, I was like, is it in my hair? (laughing) Is there something? So I felt something and then it was just a drop of shit. (laughing) - That's a terrible source. (laughing) And it was on your back too. - It was on my back, it was on my hood. - How did it get on the front of you and then at your back as well?

That's my question. - I felt it go through my hair, anyways. (laughing) - We're just talking. - Yeah, we watched the footy. - What else? - Watched the footy, saw a fight. - Yeah. - Yeah, well, sort of. - That brawl, everyone stood up and we were like, what's happening? So we stood up. - And then someone was like, do you know what happened? I'm like, I don't know, I just followed everyone else. (laughing) - Makes me wave. - I just saw everyone else stand up. So everyone else was like, oh. - Yeah. - As soon as we were watching the footy as well.

- Yeah, we've also got Melbourne Collingwood on in the background. - Who did you guys tip? - Who did you tip? - I don't tip, I don't tip. - I tip Collingwood. - Who would you tip? - I think I was gonna tip Carlton. - Carlton? - Carlton? - Wait, oh no, today. (laughing) - I think it was yesterday. - Jesus. - I don't, probably Collingwood, I guess. - Yeah, I tip Collingwood, unfortunately. Like, it goes against all the principles that I was taught as a kid, but yeah. - Yeah, same. - I tip Collingwood. - Literally, when you're a kid, you're told Collingwood's like the word.

- Well, I got taught ABC, anyone but Collingwood. Like, I can support anyone but Collingwood, yeah. - But like, it's hard not to love them when you like see everything they put on their social media and everything. - I know. - Have you seen it? - Their socials are really good. - Are really good. - They do well. - Yeah. - There's one of my old housemates, she's in the AFLW, Collingwood girls. - Weird flex, but okay. - Yeah. - It's like someone I love. (laughing) - Yeah, but no two plays for Collingwood, that just reminded me, because their socials are really like, poppin'.

- Yeah, I saw, I saw Rowden Maynard with a puppy in one video. I was like, oh my God. - That's awesome. - I haven't seen that video yet. I'm gonna stalk that video again. - It's so awesome, yeah. - They're all getting onto the trends of like, putting on social meters and stuff. - Yeah. - You know, the TikTok trends, the TikTok trends. - I get a lot of hawks ones as well, the boys. - Oh, yeah. - I'm not on, I don't think Geelong does much. - No, they're not very interesting. - They're

pretty like-- - I'm not gonna lie, the too old, too slow, like, doesn't apply until you look at the Instagram, 'cause it's like-- - There's nothing there. - There's someone old running that Instagram account. (laughing) - All right, all right, so which media person's getting fired today? (laughing) Who needs to go back and-- - They come out with like, walking rain. - It's like, oh, that's my dad. - Oh, okay, cool. - That explains why. - Anyway, what else is weak? - Oh, yeah. - Yeah, even 'cause you're weak, Tess. - My week, as in last week, it was pretty good.

It was kind of like my first week back training. I kind of had like a week and a bit off, 'cause I just felt like I was in a bit of a hole. So it was like a huge recovery week, and then kind of back into building load last week. - I was like, 'cause of you. - Yeah, I had like an abdominal strain or something. - Yikes. - Yeah, and then Greg, Greg-y boy, worked his magic. - Cheers. - Yeah, and helped me out, so now I drink way more water than what I was, and learned how to breathe properly.

- Yay. - Yeah, it was so weird, he was like, breathe in, and I was like, he's like, no, no, no, that's wrong. - What? - Yeah. - No, I didn't know there was a right or wrong way to breathe. - You gotta like, breathe out, or like when you breathe in, let your stomach like inflate. - Oh. (laughing) - Yeah, that's it, push that seatbelt out. (laughing) Nailed it. - Beautiful. - So yeah, that's what I've been working on, learning how to breathe properly. - Okay. - Yeah, an all new program. Mitchell's written me a new program, which killed my friend Paris and I last week.

Yeah, we couldn't walk for like three days. - Oh, Jesus. - Wow. - That's nuts. (laughing) - Whoopsies, whoopsies. Yeah, so no, that's probably my week update of gym life. - Yeah, nothing really happened in mine. No local footy for the week. - Oh, literally, there's nothing, no local footy. Not even the boy, oh, did the boy, no. - Yeah, I think they did. - Oh, well. (laughing) - I'm not sure. I don't know. - I can't remember. - I know that there was a training on Thursday, which was both, like the netball people, but basketball, netball and footy boys.

And then like a few of the footy girls went as well. - Oh, there was too. - There was like the retro thing. - Yeah. - Yeah. - I forgot about that. - Yeah. - But there wasn't something afterwards, but I didn't go to that either. - Neither. - I kind of forgot. - I forgot. - Hopefully no one shined over listening to this. (laughing) - That sounds so. (laughing) - Right in there. (laughing) - That little ASMR, uh, ASMR, huh. - Oh. - Yeah. - I don't really know. I don't know what that footy talk was, so.

- Yeah. - Footy talk, oh, footy talk. - Oh. - Happy that you didn't train last week? - Oh, well I trained stingrays anyways, so. - Oh, okay, cool. - I had that Tuesday night and then Thursday night we were meant to train with the boys, but it was an optional training for the girls, so not many people showed up. - Of course. - So. - If you give it optional, no one's gonna come. - Yeah. - And it was, um, and it was like, girls played Vic Country on Saturday as well. So whoever played, like, wasn't, like didn't have to come to training on Thursday.

And if you had local training on Thursday, like, they prioritized local. - Yeah. - So we were meant to train with the boys, but instead we just warmed up with them. And that was interesting. - Just cut some laps with the lads. - Yeah, with the lads. - They're like, yeah boys, yeah boys. - And me and the girls are like, yay, this is so fun. - And a small clap in the back. - Yeah, and they're all so tall. Like, you don't, they're all, like, really tall. - I mean, coming from, I feel like, us, we're not surprised by anyone being taller than us anymore.

- Our team, like women's team, is very small. - Yeah, it is. - We're a very medium, medium, medium, medium, medium-height girls. - I love him. (laughing) I love him so much. - Makes my heart so warm. - Have you not, oh, I thought you were talking. - No, not that at all. - Gosh, my tips this week have been so bad. - I was doing well until this game. - Yeah. - And I don't think I'll be fifth anymore, but I was fifth in Milk Bar and Co Tipping League, which I was pretty damn proud of.

- Yeah, I was second in Stingrays, and then I've dropped that round, where, like, the round of upsets, where, like, all the really bad teams beat all the really good teams. - Oh, yeah, it was like a couple of weeks ago. - Yeah, I just, my tips went downhill. (laughing) - Oh. (laughing) - Yeah, you'd be pretty happy. - I know, I was surprised by the boys. I was like, wow, you're actually doing something for the team for once. - Yeah, that's a tip I lost as well, Hawks Brisbane. - Ever since Sam Mitchell, I think it was the Port Adelaide game, they got absolutely annihilated.

No, was it Port Adelaide? - I don't know. You had me convince, so carry on. - Yeah, I think it might have been Port, no, it was, who's bad? Who's bad? - Who's bad? West Coast? - Nope. - They thumped West Coast. - I can't remember. - Freo? - I think they got thumped by Freo. - Freo, that's it, Freo. - 'Cause it was, like, 23 to-- - Freo, way to go. - It was, like, 23 to-- - 100 and something. - It was bad. - I'm gonna check if my phone's still recording. (laughing) - Bye, Georgia.

But yeah, Freo absolutely didn't, not. - It's fine. - So, Georgia's phone hasn't, and started recording. - It went for three minutes, and we're at eight minutes. Can I use your phone? - Oh, okay. - What? Keep going? - We're having technical issues, so take it. - Anyways, fun facts about Liv. - Okay. Favorite color? - My favorite color? Ah, green. Love a good green. What about your favorite color, Tess? - Ooh, blue. - Ooh, blue. - Yeah, I love a bit of blue. - Favorite dessert? - Ooh. I love a good apple pie. - Ooh, apple pie, mmm.

- Yeah, but like-- - A bit of ice cream? - Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. - It's gonna be homemade, though. - Oh, always. - Always. - But, like, because it's winter, that's what I'm vibing at the moment. - Oh, have you made an apple pie, obviously? Have you made an apple pie? - I've made, no. - Oh, fun. - Just jump this in so we'll make it. - Oh, okay. Nothing ever happened. - Hi, we're back. - Ah, very fun. - And, woo-hoo, welcome back. - We're doing so well. - To the second part. - Yeah.

- Anyways. - Anyways. - Anyways. - Do I do anything this week? I just realized I didn't say anything. I'm gonna be cocky. - You what? - I feel like you did do something this week. - Did I do something? - Yeah. - You're a shat on, that's all. - That's right. - Yeah, you guys are the only thing. So you got shat on. - For you to have like this incredible amount of good luck. - Yeah. - Oh, I'm waiting now. - Yeah, that's what I'm waiting for. - But I also don't believe in that.

- Well, stop being positive. - Okay. - Don't believe in being shat on. - Remember when the lady walked past us and she was like, "It's good luck, lovey." (laughing) - Yeah, and you were like over the corner like, "Dry retch." (laughing) I was like handing you a leaf, trying to get it off. Like scooping it up with like the plants around. And I was like, "Ugh." - Yeah, you're like, "Let this water over here." - Yeah, besides getting shat on by a bird, I don't think I did anything this week. - Oh. - My weeks blend, my weeks blend.

It's all blending into one at the moment. I'm just getting more and more agitated with the weather. - Yeah. - Yeah. - What's the snow update? - Oh, snow update. Still not enough. (laughing) - There's not much happening. - There's not much. What did you say? - There's not much happening. - There's not much happening. There's meant to be a dump this week, actually. I think 32 centimetres or something at Hotham. - What's like a good amount? - Oh, you want at least a solid 50 to maybe 60. - Okay. - Yeah. - Wow. - You want a fair bit 'cause you want to open like most of the terrain.

- Yeah. - And not just have like one or two runs open to the public. And then absolutely, like be absolutely be what? - Be absolutely busy. (laughing) - That's the way we're looking for. - Yeah, just waiting for them to be like, "Hey, you want to come up?" And we're like, "Yeah." - Yeah. - Yeah, that's my name. - I just know that like, I think for me mentally, if there was 70 centimetres, then I would feel comfortable learning how to snowboard. - Either way, it's going to be ice. It's Australia. 'Cause overnight-- - So either way, I'm going to like get hurt.

- Yeah. Just wear wrist guards and you'll be fine. - I've got wrist guards, don't worry. It's the number one rule I say to anyone that's snowboarding for the first time because you'll land on your wrist no matter what mentally instead of your elbows. - Can you get me like some like Hello Kitty ones? - No, you know what there is that you can buy online? You can buy these big turtles for your butt. - I thought you were about to say turds. (laughing) - Just like riding down with some turds on my wrist. (laughing) - Nice.

- No, you can buy these turtles for your butt for like a cushion and people wear them. - Yes, sign me up. - And there's ones for your knees. - Oh my gosh. - And they like, it's so funny. And your elbows. And it's quite cute. - So they're just like turtle knee pads. - So I pull it off. - Sitting on a chair, just them trying to get on the chair is just so funny 'cause they're like awkwardly like sitting like this. - And the turtle is like that. (laughing) - You can just sit down properly.

But nah, they help your butt, coccyx and stuff 'cause you land on it so much. I'm pretty sure I've broken my coccyx. - I'm pretty sure I broke mine in like year five. - There was like, we had little couches in our classrooms at the track. And they were like the cheap, like real cheap ones. So they had like the wooden frame and the cushion must have like been like slightly separated, like the two cushions on the couch. And I've gone to like jump and like sit down on the couch and I've hit like the wooden beam.

- My God, the way you'd be like fully just tearing up. - I was just like, well that hurt. (laughing) - Like dying inside. - I love that you remember that as like the breaking moment of your coccyx. I got told it was either skiing, basketball, or even possibly golf. - How? - I fell over one time really bad. And I remember it and I was like, I remember that but there's so many others. But basketball and skiing, it was like, it's one of them. - I love that you managed to fall over playing golf. - I've fallen over multiple times.

- I thought you were gonna say like you had a golf ball hit at you or something. - It's a wild Saturday night. (laughing) - Nice, I love the snow update. What's the school update? - Last week is school for us. But like other schools have next week as well. We have three weeks off. - Oh, wait for holidays? - Yeah. - Oh, finishing at this time of the year. - I was like, how does it work again? - Graduating. - I get vehicles a bit different, but like not that different. But first week of holidays, we have a school footy game.

We have our grand final. So we'll have to go up to the city. - Where are you playing? - Burnley. - Burnley. - Yeah. - Oh. - It's a pretty easy run. - Burnley tunnel. (laughing) - We're playing on the Burnley tunnel. Like it's like, there's a field in it. Did you not know that? - Oh, on top of it? - Yeah. No, like in the tunnel, there's a field in the tunnel. - Oh, okay, she's mean. (laughing) - Your face. (laughing) - I don't even know what the Burnley tunnel is. - It's the Burnley tunnel.

Do you not hear on any radio? - Burnley tunnel's a traffic. - Listen to the radio. - There's chalked opera. (laughing) - But yeah, so we go play Maribyrnong in a grand final. - Say that again. - Maribyrnong. - Maribyrnong. - Ew. (laughing) - Having lived right in my ear is just like. - Hating myself in my ear is disgusting. - I'm like, ugh, no wonder people hate listening to me. They're like shut up. - No, I love it. I like look up from my little gym rack and you're on the opposite side and you're just like.

(tongue clicking) - It's just some sort of weird noise to entertain myself. - Me and a squirrel. - Biggest squirrel. I am a squirrel. (laughing) - Come, Mimi. Come, Mimi. - Yeah, no other updates really. - No. - Just like last week of school, but we only like, obviously no school today. And then we have pajama day tomorrow. - Stop, you guys do that in high school? - But I'm just gonna wear trackies and a jumper. - Damn it. We don't do that at the VIS. - I don't have pajamas. I mean, I have pajamas, but I'm not wearing my tiny little Peter Alexander pajamas.

- It's like you get to an age where you're like, I'm not gonna wear my pajamas to school. - Yes. - Oh, I'm always. - It's like how you don't wear your outside clothes in your bed. I don't wear my bed clothes outside. - Yeah, but it's like pajama day. - You gotta like. - You gotta get around it. - Bike for the occasion. Did you ever go and have pajama day at primary school? - Yeah. - My grandma, I remember 'cause it was always around the same time of Easter, would buy PJs and I'd wear those to school.

So it'd be like flexing off like the new PJs when grandma got like brats or something. - Ooh. - You know what I mean? - Yeah, my sister said that there was. - Yeah, I know what you mean. - Barbie ones at Peter Alexander and I should get them. - They have so many good ones. They have Shrek ones. - They also have Shrek ones. - They're also on sale. Get them. - I think I'll say, I've got way too many. - Yeah, I've just bought like a new pair as well. So I'm like, I probably shouldn't.

- When I came back from Hotham last year, I decided to do a massive throw out because I was like, it needs to all go. - Oh. - Went through, I have two massive tubs full of Peter's. - Peter's pajamas? - Peter's pajamas. - Peter. (laughing) - Peter, Peter. What do you mean by two meter Peter? I don't get it. - Do you know? - His name's like Peter Bell. - Peter. - Peter. - What's his last name? - Peter Wright. - Who's Peter Bell? Interesting. - Was that the Peter last night? - Yeah, Peter. Really, really tall guy.

- Fucking Peter. - And because he's really, really tall, they call him two meter Peter. - Two meter Peter. - Was he the one that kept keeps her goals last night? - He was just the one that was just jumping out of blue and just going, yoink, yoink. And we're all just getting pissed off and we're just like. - Yeah, you guys were all going for Carlton. I was going for Essendon. - Yeah. - The umpires were also so bad. They were calling everything high. - Yeah. - They'd go down to like. - Over the shoulder.

- Punch the ball and then call it high. It was ridiculous. - Yeah. - It's funny how no matter how many umpires are on that field, you'll still see like what they don't call or like what they miss call. - Yeah. - Oh yeah. - It's so funny. - Everyone's a critic. - Like there are so many umpires on the field you'd think they'd get some calls, right? - Yeah, you were getting angry. - Yeah, I was not happy. - But also Carlton's just so bad. - It just doesn't make sense. - You've got to get mad at them too.

'Cause it's like, how can they just, how? - I love the, have you seen the TikTok video of them going, we're back boys. - And then someone goes. ♪ We're back, we're back, we're back ♪ - They did not come back. - They did not come back. (laughing) - Oh, Patty. - I was rooting for you. We were all rooting for you, how dare you? - Oh my gosh. - Yeah, it's close, it's four points. - 26 seconds to go. - 26 seconds to go. - 66 to Melbourne, 62 to Collingwood. - Wait, no, let's read it out.

- Can you commentate the last 26? - Melbourne, 18, 66, Collingwood, nine, eight, 62 with 26 seconds left. - Collingwood just kicked another goal. - That's a replay. - That's the, oh. (laughing) - I don't know. - Collingwood are up. - Collingwood are up by nine. - Jeez, Nick Dacos has gotten two in 20 seconds. He's very good. - He's actually crazy, yeah. - I just read that out loud. (laughing) - Hot topics. - Hot topics. - What accounts for a hot topic? - I don't know. - Oh, I know one. - What's a hot topic?

- I know one. - Go on. - Go. - Tyler's shorts. - Oh. - Sorry, Tyler. - Tyler's shorts. - Jesus. - We warned him though. - Oh my God, did you see how bad. (laughing) - We warned him. You and I were both in the gym when he purchased those shoes. - It's Tyler. - I like the shoes, just the shorts. - I told him, I was like, these are some other better ones. And he goes, oh yeah, yeah, yeah. Walk into the gym and he just flashes them off. I'm just going, fuck, he's bought the shoes.

- Bought the shoes. - He's bought the shoes. - He's bought the shoes. - He bought them. - He just needed like a barbecue. - I know, it's the shorts as well. Like get some jorts. Get some, not even jorts, you know what I mean? - He has jorts. - That's what he was wearing. - That's what he was wearing. - They're wearing tight, they're like tight, like little like, they're tight, tight. (laughing) - Those quads were full. - Oh, and it looked like it was rolled up. - It was. - Yeah, there was a cuff on there.

- Oh God, boy. - It's like in between a short length and a jean length. It's like, you know. - It was like three quarter. - It was like three quarter leggings and then they have their whole cuff out. It's just like Tyler had that but spared the knee as well. - I'm really sorry that I brought that up, Tyler, but. - Yeah, Tyler, we. - We love you. - We miss you and we love you, but. - We just wish that we could have provided you. - I feel bad. I feel like he's never gonna wear the shorts again.

- Tyler, just get some new shorts before we ask. - We'll chip in, honestly. - He's like GoFundMe page. (laughing) - Here's a go fund me for Helen Tyler because he needs some new shorts. - And it's just like the Instagram photo as like. - I feel bad. He's gonna listen to this and be like, of course. (laughing) - Of course. - He's gonna be so sad. - Actually, no, Tyler, there is an Urban Outfitters in London and I know that for a fact and they have some good stuff there. - Can you text me if you go there, Tyler?

I'll actually ask you to pick me up some things. - Well, 'cause it's shipping. - Shipping there is so hard. Shipping to here is like, it's 40 bucks. - It's ridiculous. They have really nice clothes. But just something that isn't that. - Tyler, if you need some fashion advice. (laughing) - Give me some. If you need a stylist, try to live. - Not even, just a couple of TikTok videos. You can see like summer styles for Europe. (laughing) - Europe trip. - Europe trip. - So many girls going on Europe trip. - I know. - All my friends are going to Europe.

- Oh my God, hot topic. Is Europe overrated? (laughing) - Overrated or underrated. Three, two, one. - Overrated. - Um. - I don't know. I haven't really been on top. - I feel like it's on the border. Like I've never been. - I've been to school. - I feel like it'd be cool to go. So many people go. - That's why I'm like. - It's a very popular destination. - Well, like, you know, cause we get winter here and not as anyone says, like Aussies hate the cold. So they immediately go to somewhere like warm. And where's that?

Europe. And it's pretty cheap ish sort of. - Bali I think would be the cheaper option. - Yeah. - Australians love Bali. - I know. - I'm just about to book mine. - Yeah, you're gonna go to Bali. - Yeah, you are, aren't you? - Yeah. - If I had money, I'd come. - I'm so keen. I just need some sunshine. I feel 10 times better when I've had some sunshine. - Just a little bit of vitamin. - Is it D? - B, D, vitamin D. - Is it C? - C. - Oh, it's a C.

- Is it C? - Is it D? - No, it's vitamin D. - It's vitamin D. - It's vitamin C. - Cause he's not gonna answer. - Hey, Siri, what vitamin comes from the sun? - D. - Oh, it's D. I knew it. - You get vitamin C from orange. - That's what I thought. I was like, you take vitamin C tablets. And I remember my dad one day saying, you can't go out in the sun. Cause that's what you need. Cause you're so sick. No, I need vitamin C. - It's a vitamin C man. - Oh.

- Yeah, it happened. - Oh, that's it. - Seriously. I mean, I'm happy that Melbourne won. - Danaher. - My tip, yes. - Yeah. - No, Danaher. - Oh, look at Spago. - He got subbed out. - Yeah, I know. I was here with you when it happened. - That is absolutely ridiculous. - Yeah, he said that. You're like, constipation deserve that. - Look at how sad he looks. - I reckon he's being high. - Why did he get subbed out? - Probably cause he's like, not that good. - Oh. - I see the good in him though.

- I see the good in everyone. - Oh no, I felt so bad seeing him on the bench. He looked so sad. - I'm trying to think of a hot topic now. What's like something that's really... - Is this like a best on ground? - Happening. - Mitch, have you got any hot topics? Yeah, any hot topics? - Mitch just finished his 75 day challenge. - Yay, that's our member shout out. - Yay, member shout out. - Yeah, Mitch. - What's one of these sounds? (crowd cheering) - Oh, what a guess. (laughing) - Yeah, beautiful. - I knew that, right?

(laughing) - It was a pause. - Oh, I can't believe. - Well done. - You're so proud of yourself. You're like, my job's done. - She's like, oh, I'm red and blush. She's like, oh my God, my job here is done. She comes down and you're like, all right, you guys take over now, I've done the work, I've pulled the team. - Get true. Congrats on that. - Yeah. How do you feel? - Fantastic. - Like you don't have to do late night walks or you just... - They can't hear me speaking. - Yeah, they probably can like very vaguely.

- He feels fantastic. - Yeah. - Yeah. - Would you do it again? - Maybe. - He said, ah, maybe. (laughing) - Maybe. - Maybe. - Are you still gonna... Oh, shouldn't ask you. - I'm pretty delicious on Saturday night. I'm pretty delicious. - What, you're what? - I was gonna say, would you continue? Oh, did you not have any alcohol during Saturday Five Hard? Oh. - No, last time you had alcohol was at my birthday. - Oh. - That's an off topic. - From like two months ago. - Your birthday, what happened to your birthday?

- What happened to your birthday? - Oh, it just was... Okay, so I have like two nights, maybe two, three nights a year where I'll actually like go and have fun and like... - Have quite a few drinks. - Quite a few, yeah. - And that's me every week. Anyways. (laughing) - Move along. - Move along. That's another story. - We should go out. That would be hilarious. - That's, and again, me. We'll talk about that after this. - Yeah, we'll do that later. Yeah, so there's like two or three nights where I'll actually like, yeah, go and have quite a few drinks.

And it was on my birthday night that I decided to have quite a few drinks. And Mitch decided to take us to a whiskey bar to finish off. - Oh, Jesus Christ. - It is just a bar. - It was a whiskey bar. Mitch says incorrect. It was just a bar. - It was a... - It was a whole bar. - It was a whole bar. - Okay, whatever. He bought us whiskey and I had like... - I bought myself whiskey. - No, you bought one. - He bought himself whiskey. - You bought all of us one.

- Yeah, me and me, not you. You had mine. (laughing) - Yeah, 'cause he told me to have it. - Tess stole the whiskey. - You told me to have some. - I said you're not gonna like it, but try it. - Don't offend yourself now. You were like, yeah, have some. - So I had like one sip of whiskey and then I couldn't stop hiccuping. Like I could not stop. There were people like turning and looking and I was like, oh, this is not good. - Is that like a side effect of whiskey, like hiccuping?

- I don't... - Side effects on the bottle may give you major hiccuping. - Chronic hiccups. - Yeah, yeah, so yeah, that was a big night, but then, you know, little strategy form and we keep moving on. - Strategy form. - Yeah. - Should we do a tacky... (laughing) - Tacky form. - Yeah. - I can't do those. - It lasted 45 minutes. - Oh my dear Lord. - Didn't last that long. - It was a long time that we can see. - Oh, I wish I witnessed. - I can't come rescue you. - Oh my gosh.

- Oh my goodness Tess. - I don't remember that part. - Time goes very quick when you're under the influence. - It was not 45 minutes. - It was at least half either fast or... - Wow. - No. - That's age. - Jesus Christ. - My stomach hurts from hearing that. - But I wasn't... - Lord. - See I... - No, no, no. I was going like in and out of the bathroom quite frequently. - But then again, (mumbles) - Am I really the one to like... - Remember, tell yourself. - Anyway, I felt fantastic after that.

- Oh. - Yeah, got a second wind. - That's, I, yep. (audience applauding) - And then I, 'cause I was meant to go to Perth the next day for nationals. And I woke up to a message on my phone. My flight was at four o'clock. And I was like, "Oh, I'll be fine." As in like in the afternoon. And then I woke up to a message on my phone from Qantas saying, "Your check-in's ready. "Your flight's been changed to 9 a.m." (gasps) - Oh no. - This is like 7 a.m. - They can't do that. - I don't think I've ever gotten up out of bed like quick, like fast enough after.

- You, your head. - They can not do that. - Your head would have been spinning. - I was like using the wall to find the light switch to turn on. - Oh, Jesus. That's, wow, get on your Qantas. - Did you just drive from Mount Martha to the airport? - No, no, no, we stayed in the city. - Oh, so that would have helped a bit, yeah. - Sorry, yeah. - Oh my gosh. - That's still disgusting. - They can't do that, surely. - They can. - Yeah, they can. - Yeah, come on. - That's what I found out.

They can. - They can. - That's ridiculous. - Yeah, so then I ended up like changing my flight and decided to fly it the next day 'cause I was like, "This isn't happening." - You're not, you're quite crook. - Well, I didn't have a flight. - Oh, they actually fully canceled it. - No, there was like-- - Oh, you missed it. - I missed it. - Oh, okay. - Oh, no. (laughing) - I was like, "What?" Wait, what? - Yeah, you would have slept, yeah. - Yeah. - Yeah. - Puff. - So then I just got a really big brekkie and it's my birthday.

- Oh, yeah, yum. Beautiful way to do your birthday. - Celebrate turning 26. - 26, yeah, I haven't been crook in a birthday for quite some time. My 21st was disgusting. - Overrated or underrated getting crook at your birthday? - That wasn't my fault. I was handed drinks no matter what. - I got handed drinks, too. - Yeah, it's your birthday. You get handed drinks no matter what. It's like shots after shots after shots and it's just like it all hits you at one point. And the 21st, we had tabs and we had to finish the tab.

And one of my mates was so drunk as well that he just kept, as soon as I finished one beer, there'd be like this much left, like a centimeter, he'd grab mine and go get a new one and then just hand it to me and I'm just like, "Oh." And it wasn't a small glass, it was a bloody pint of beer. And lots of shots. And I remember I went to Wowee and me and my friends took me down. Sort of remember the, I don't remember the walk home now that I've come to think of it.

Walking down there, she gets me another shot. That hits me bad. I'm sitting there, I'm like, "I need to go do a tacky, "do a little test." - No, don't start that. Don't start that. - Tried, couldn't. We walked out because we were all hungry, went over across the road to the kebab shop. Sitting there, anyone that was actually there would've seen me just go, "Oh no." And then just spew on the side of the road. - Ew. - And then from then, (audience cheering) from then on, just don't remember it and apparently they had to pull the Uber over like twice.

And then I went home to my friend, I was meant to be staying at my friend's in Main Street at hers. I ended up a five minute walk down from my house in Mount Martha at another mate's. - What? - I don't know why. - This girl tricked the Esplanade. - Literally, when we got an Uber at least. - Oh yeah. - Then the person was just like vomiting in a bucket. Then I woke up and I had a full face of makeup on still. Well done. - Yeah. - I got it done by someone. - She's slaying.

- Oh, I-- - Slay Queen. - Slayed all through the night. - Slayed all through the night at the, yeah. - Well. Anyways, any other member shout outs? (all laughing) - Member shout outs. - Oh, there's this girl named Mimi. - Mimi. - Mimi. - Mimi. - That's Tess by the way. - You got pooped down. - It's just like you. - Huh? - You're Mimi. - Oh yeah, I'm Mimi. - I don't even know how it started. - It, I don't know. 'Cause this one, which doesn't like the name Mimi. Do you remember? And we said, I don't even know how, why we said Mimi.

- Mimi. How many times has Mimi been said in a sentence? 'Cause that would be the world record, I reckon. I've just heard Mimi. - Mimi. - It's such a fun name to say as well. - Go Mimi. - Go Mimi, you're doing great Mimi. - You know who's nickname I love? Renee's biscuit. - No. - What was the one, we jacked biscuit. - Jack biscuit. - Biscuit. - Or jacked cookie, or was it cookie? - I just call her Bicky. - I don't know. - I think it's cookie. - We just saw her like two rep max.

- Bulk Bicky. - And we were just like, that's insane. - Yeah, shout out to Renee. - Also shout out to the comp between Darren and life at the moment. - Oh yeah, what is it? - It's for the two rep max. - Oh they just keep trying to get out of the day. - Yeah, it's like .5. - Oh my God, are you serious? - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - That's such a boy thing like, just to try and beat each other up on that. - Darren was so happy with my little crown that I drew, like with his name.

- I was wondering who did that. I was like, wow. - Atist. - Atist, atist, mud, in the, atist, over, yeah. But yeah, Renee is, I was like, yeah, I'm doing well. - Yeah, Renee is strong. - And then Renee did it and I was like, strong girl. - I just don't even, I know I'm noodling through life and that's how it's gonna be for a while, so. - I'd hate to get caught in a tackle. - By her. - For Renee. - Oh true. - Just like hitting a brick wall. - Yeah, it would be like a brick wall.

- She'd be like literally a brick wall. - She'd be so strong. - Yeah. - I'd be quite scared. - I'd run straight away or I'd just like hand her the ball, like take it. - Just take the ball. - Take the ball and run. - I'm scared of you. - But yeah, I remember when I was up on the board for testing week and she knocked me off and I was like this, this bitch right here. - She knocked me off the god damn wall. It was my time to shine and then she took it off.

- I was too scared to even go, was it like a 2K time trial? I was too scared to even go and do a 2K time trial. - You? - Yeah. - Surely this time around you're. - Yeah, your time trial would be fine. - Yeah, but it's like, I don't, yeah. - 2K is not that bad. - I'm saying that like. - 2K, I think my 1.5K was my worst experience in life. - But like spicy, like a spicy 2K will hurt. - Ah, push it. - Push it real quick. (humming) - Can we discuss just very quickly.

- What? - Like member shout out, Liv shouting out the window on the whole drive home last night. - Shout out, shout out. - Oh my gosh, where were we driving? We're just driving and Liv was making monkey noises and there were people on like an overpass and she just like screamed out the window and then we're on the highway. - We're on the Monash. - We're on the Monash. She goes, is there any other people coming up? (laughing) - Just take this van. - And when the guy waved at you in the car, he was so wholesome.

- He was so cute. He was like, 'cause I just wanted to wave at someone else who's waving at me. He kept sticking a finger up at them. - Yeah, it was adorable. - And then eventually he was like, we made eye contact at the same time. I turned my head and he just happened to turn his head and I was like, oh, give him a wave. - He waved back. - He waved back and then he verged off into Dandenong. - Ah. - And I was like, ah, good nong. ♪ I'm a lover, I'm a friend ♪ - Yes, I was screaming out the window.

I think it was to do with something of my-- - Is it still recording? - Yes. Probably just being over the stick. - I was just scared that I was gonna have to-- - What did you eat? - Fight someone. - Oh, I would've fired someone. (laughing) I would've gotten out of the car. - I would've been running down the Monash. - I did have a few beers yesterday, which doesn't help. - Yeah, that's true. - I had a few beers before I even came to you guys. - Really? - Yeah, I was a friend's birthday thing.

(laughing) - I'm at the National Gallery in Victoria. (laughing) - That was caught. - My god, you should've seen, we like arced people. - Arced. - Sorry, arced. - Arced. - Arced. (laughing) - At least the noises that Liv was making last night. - Yeah. - Can you do an example of one noise? The monkey noise. - I can't. - I'll take the headphones off. - Ooh. (laughing) - Do it again. - Okay, come. (laughing) - Hey. - Oh. - Yeah, that was quite funny. - This is why she's single. (laughing) - I like the rainbow.

(laughing) (crowd cheering) (laughing) - Thank you so much for the hats for applause. (laughing) Now that I know which one it is, I'm just saying. - We're going ham on the applause. - I'm so curious. Jesus take the wheel. - What are the other ones? - Oh yeah, we need one of the orange. - Jesus take the wheel. (laughing) - Do we need to do gym updates? That's the last thing I've seen on that. - Yeah, Mitch, do you have any gym updates? - It's testing week this week. - It's testing week this week. - It's testing week.

Speaking of testing week, two corners. - No, no, no, I've got other things I need to do. - Yeah, like what? - I've got an 8K that I need to run. - Oh. - When's that? - Tomorrow, tomorrow. - Then I've got a 10K Peninsula Run Festival on Sunday. I see you, Dan. - Get excited. - Oh, Dave Ryan. - Yeah. He'll be on for a PB, surely. He's been training pretty hard. - See. - I will pay good money to see him do his board jumps again. (laughing) - Why? - Somehow he just makes jumping look like painful.

- Oh, no. - Oh, Dave. - I don't think I've laughed as hard as I have in witnessing him doing single leg hops over the mini hurdles. - Oh. - Oh, Dave. - Definitely. - You bully people. - We laugh together. - We laugh at Tyler about his shorts. - Yeah, wow, you brought up Tyler and his shorts. - You carried on about it. - No, I didn't. You'd be a supportive friend. - By saying, "Go, Dave." - That's what I said. - "Go, Dave." - But then I just laughed. - How dare you laugh at someone's not ability to jump. - It's so funny, though. It's honestly the best. - How dare you? So rude. Anyways, any other gym updates? - Any last words? We'll wrap this up. - Monkey movement and yoga.

- Made pie. - At the footy. - Not a footy because you literally were sitting there after you ate it. - I was like trying to digest it, yeah. - So the whole day, or the whole day, the whole game, she was like, "Oh, I really want a pie." This is what Liv gave me last night. (crickets chirping) - Crickets. - Oh. I thought it said emotional damage. - Wow. I was like, what did I? I did not give you. Oh, I like that. - I wish I used that. - As the opener. That should be an opener. (alarm sounding) I feel like anyone-- (alarm sounding) (laughing) - That's Carlton's funny career.

Does it change? - Oh. - Oh, it does. - Emotional damage. - That's what you gave me last night. - That's not emotional damage. - No, it's not emotional damage. - No, it's emotional damage.

- No, it's emotional damage. - No, it's emotional damage. - No, it's emotional damage. - No, it's emotional damage. - No, it's not emotional damage. This is my, me. - I was just stressed that I was about to have to. - Again, I would have just got out the car and just told them. - To what? - To my, anyways. - Have a good day. - Hey.
