Quarantine Client of the Week 25/05

And this week's winner is?. Michelle Willis

First of all, congratulations, bravo, any words for the camera?

I'd like thank my mum, daisy dog & B2 (pictured) for getting me here?

What does your 'new normal' training schedule look like?

I'm currently working from home, this is my 12th week. So a walk before work (I start at 7-7:30am), walk my dog at lunch time & do VGT once I'm finished for the day. This varies a little based my energy & the weather.

I just did the Virtus Marathon & loved having a goal to focus on for the week.

What advice would you have for anyone struggling to find their training groove?

Start small & don't be too hard on yourself. Start with a walk around the block & then built that up to a further/faster walk. Maybe even grab (not literally) a walking buddy. Or only do half a VGT session & then build up to a full one more regularly. I've also found finding a routine & setting time aside for training has helped me?

Any extra comments/jokes/memes or quotes?

Strive for progress, not perfection.

Oh and late but worth the wait?
