Start one to one · Build a rhythm · Train for the long game
You do not need a comeback.
You need a rhythm.
Winter knocked your routine around. Work got busy. Family came first. Maybe you have never felt comfortable in a gym. Start where you are, with a coach and a plan you can keep doing.
Who it is for
Adults rebuilding a training routine

Long-term path

A post-winter reset for real life
You are not behind. You are just out of rhythm.
This is for people who want to feel capable again without pretending life will suddenly become quiet. The plan starts small enough to fit, then grows when you are ready.
Busy parents
Your own health kept falling to the bottom of the list. We help you put two useful sessions back into the week.
Complete beginners
No gym knowledge required. You learn one to one before you ever train in a semi-private session.
Returning humans
A long break does not erase what you knew. We meet your current capacity and rebuild from there.
The long-game crowd
Train for the next decade, not a summer deadline. Useful strength, better movement and a routine that lasts.
A simple path back
Three steps. A coach at every one.
Back Into Your Rhythm is the message that gets you moving. The coaching path is the same proven Virtus path our long-term members use.
01
Free Intro
Choose a 15-minute phone call or a 30-minute gym visit. Tell us what changed, what you want back and what a realistic week looks like.
02
One-to-one onboarding
Five individual coaching sessions for $599. We learn how you move, teach the lifts and build your first program before the busy floor is involved.
03
Your coached rhythm
Move into semi-private Strength & Conditioning. Every session is coached, capped at eight and built around your program.
What this is not
No six-week shred. No punishment for having a winter.
A burst of motivation is easy to sell and hard to keep. We would rather help you build a repeatable week and still be training next winter.
- No before-and-after competition or public weigh-in
- No generic workout handed to everyone in the room
- No discount that disappears once you are committed
- No expectation that you arrive fit enough to keep up
- A clear starting point, individual coaching and an ongoing plan

Questions people ask before restarting.
No hype and no surprise pathway after the ad.
Is Back Into Your Rhythm a separate six-week program?
No. It is a post-winter invitation into the normal Virtus coaching pathway: Free Intro, one-to-one onboarding and an ongoing Strength & Conditioning membership. There is no countdown, crash program or temporary discount.
What if I have never trained before?
That is exactly why onboarding is one to one. Your coach teaches the movements, learns your starting point and writes your first program before you join a semi-private session.
I used to train but have been away for months. Will I start from scratch?
You start from where you are now. Your coach will keep anything that still serves you and rebuild the rest at a pace you can recover from.
Can women choose a women-only option?
This campaign leads into our mixed, coached S&C pathway. If a women-only environment is the deciding factor, tell us at the Free Intro and we can talk through Women's Strength when an intake is available.
What does it cost after the Free Intro?
The Free Intro is free. Standard onboarding is $599 for five one-to-one sessions, then S&C starts at $69 a week. There is no joining fee and memberships use 28 days' notice rather than a lock-in contract.
What if pain or an old injury is part of why I stopped?
Tell us in general terms at the Free Intro. If you need assessment or clinical advice, we will point you to the relevant independent practitioner. If training is appropriate, your coach can adjust your plan around guidance you choose to share.
