6 Lockdowns, 370 Days with the doors closed, plenty of uncertainty and doubt and we're still here.

We're still here because of you wonderful people. Thank you for your endless support. It means more than you'll ever know and helped me/us get through the tough days over the past few years.

It's been rough. I'm so proud of how our community has banded together. We've supported each other and worked towards today. There has been and continues to be so much to be grateful for.

We are fresh off two months of gym renovations. 1/2 Torca Terrace has never looked so good, thank you to everyone who helped out and contributed.

I can't wait for you all to see it.

Many of us, me included have been able to get fit, unfit, fit again and then unfit again across the lockdowns. It's taken all sense of continuity and routine out of our lives, it's been hard, but I have good news for you. It's all in the past.

Today is the first day of the rest of our lives. What has happened has happened, now it's time to look forward at who and what we want to be.

Whatever that is, we are here to help.

We've made a couple of changes to how we run things! We want to help you all find your training mojo and make Virtus.

VGT & VAD timeslots are now open for every hour we are coaching. 6-11 am, 3-8 pm weekdays and 8-11 am weekends.

More sessions, more opportunities to do good things with good people.??
