School Holiday Performance Program
A one-day school holiday program built to make young athletes stronger, faster and more confident. Four hours of real coaching these July holidays, in a small group with big attention. They'll learn how to train properly, move better, and walk away fired up about what their body can do.

Monday July 6th: 8–11 years
A full day of coaching for younger athletes, built around movement quality, confidence and fun. The perfect introduction to real strength and conditioning.

- Enjoyment & education focused
- Focus on quality movement, safe technique, strength, speed and conditioning

Wednesday July 8th: 12-15 Years
A full day of coaching for older athletes ready to push harder. Build the strength, speed and resilience that show up on game day.

- Movement Preparation, speed and power, safe technique, strength and conditioning
