First of all, congratulations, bravo, any words for the camera?

Yes! just like to say thank-you to all of my fans... especially the ones on the wall that keep me cool during a hot session :)

How has your decision to join Virtus improved your life?

Joining Virtus has been the best decision I have made in such a long time. A decision that I made for myself and one that has benefited me in immeasurable ways. I feel like I found a home away from home, somewhere I can go where I know there are amazing people I can count on for support,hang out with and do good things!

What do you enjoy most about your training at Virtus?

Definitely walking into a training session, even after a rough day at work, and seeing everyone's smiling faces and being welcomed by a hug, or a high five or a "how are you today". It is impossible to be in a bad mood at Virtus, knowing everyone is there to train hard and have a good time at the same time is a comforting feeling.

What are the habits that you have adopted since joining Virtus?

C-O-N-S-I-S-T-E-N-C-Y! Getting into that exercise routine of going 4-5 times a week has awakened that active soul in me that just wants to go out and do stuff all of the time. Whether it's a walk on a day off, or a park lap at the end of a session, or even a cheeky "at home" core session. Consistency has helped me improve so much.

What helps keep you on track with your goals?

Definitely the incredible coaches. The fact that each and every one of them knows your exercise goals and what you want to achieve is amazing, but they go deeper than that and want to understand you individually and your personal life goals as well. It definitely keeps you motivated and feeling supported through the process.

What is one thing you have learnt since joining Virtus that has changed your life?

My favourite quote now (rule #4) and one I find telling myself a lot is; "Don't be afraid to fail". I learnt that it's through failure we find success, learn & grow from it. It's a slow process but quitting won't make it any faster.

What was your first impression of Virtus Performance?

"This must be where all the cool kids hang" and I was totally right! Virtus has a vibe like no other and I need to be apart of that!

What are you most excited about achieving in the next few months?

I'm about to start my first Sunday session with the gorgeous coach Jas and I'm excited to see what we can achieve working together. I hope I can push myself a little harder in different ways & catch some results I've been chasing for a while!

What advice would you have for someone thinking of joining the Virtus Family?

If you want to find a place that is filled with amazing people, awesome coaches who care about you and your goals, and focus on yourself as well, join Virtus. You'll find all of that and so so SO much more. "It's not a regular gym, it's a cool gym" #MeanGirlQuotes

This system works because it stops the cycle of starting and stopping. No more feeling like you’re back at square one. Adaptability is what keeps you consistent, and that’s how training habits stick, even during the busiest seasons of life. Consistency doesn’t come from perfect routines, it comes from using the time you do have and leaning on the Virtus community and coaching team to back you up along the way.
