Intro to Strength & Conditioning
A perfect entry point for young athletes wanting to learn the fundamentals of training. This program builds safe technique, confidence, and a strong foundation for future progress.
- 6-Week Program
- 1 × Onboarding session
- 2 × Coached sessions per week
- Learn safe lifting technique & movement patterns
- Build strength, coordination, confidence and competence in the gym
- Improve athleticism: With age appropriate speed, power & agility drills
- Build lifelong habits for training, health, and performance
This program is flexible and can be started at any time, with coaching times designed to fit around busy school, sport, and family schedules.
Strength & conditioning and Athletic Development
For athletes ready to commit long-term, this program focuses on individualised development. It combines structure, accountability, and progression to help juniors excel in their sport and beyond.

Junior Speed & Power program
Designed to help juniors run faster, jump higher, and move with more explosiveness. Perfect for athletes looking to improve performance across any sport.
- 6-Week Program
- 2 × Sessions per week (strength + speed/track/hills)
- Focus on sprint mechanics, acceleration & agility
- Lifting technique for strength & power development
- Jumping & plyometric training for power
- Coaching by Aiden Hinson, S&C coach & international track athlete
Next Intake begins on Tuesday, the 7th of October.
Sessions will be held on Tuesday (Track/Oval), Thursday (Gym)
