First of all, congratulations, bravo, any words for the camera?

Firstly, like...my hearts pumping a thousand minutes per second. But nah in all honesty it?s an absolute honour to be named iso client of the week. I feel very privileged to be part of such a wonderful family group.

What does your 'new normal' training schedule look like?

My new normal isn?t too dissimilar from my old routine really, other than I can?t train at virtus. I have been lucky enough to have access to a fully equip gym where I work for the past 5 weeks and have tried to use this as motivation to keep pushing on through this tough time! Knowing that not everyone is in the same position as me has motivated me to work hard.

What advice would you have for anyone struggling to find their training groove?

Set yourself some goals at the beginning of the week, stick to that plan and see it through. In the words of the great man himself ?most people think that what they lack is motivation, when what they really lack is the clarity to follow a plan and see it through? (L.Wallace, 2020)
