What does your 'new normal' training schedule look like?

My ?new? normal is now running! I always wanted to be someone that runs for fun and gets excited to go for a jog and now I can proudly say that I am. I always thought my body was built for eating nuggets not running but damn I can do both now... what a time to be alive ????

What advice would you have for anyone struggling to find their training groove?

Don?t be so hard on yourself. Take this opportunity to slow down, listen to your body and do what?s right for yourself mentally & physically ???? Going for a walk or stretching out your body is just as good for you as any other workout!

Any extra comments/jokes/memes or quotes?

No one laughed at my pre-workout routine joke... To be fair, it was a bit of a stretch ????
