With expert coaching from Maddy Morrison, you’ll learn how to lift safely and effectively, build real strength, and carry that confidence into every area of life.

Dakota Watson

Dakota brings a strong blend of athletic experience and evidence-based training, backed by over 10 years of playing netball. She understands the physical demands of the sport, but also the importance of preparing the person behind the athlete. Her coaching approach looks beyond performance alone, supporting athletes to build confidence, resilience, and long-term physical capacity.


Having completed multiple knee rehabilitation processes herself and returning to play stronger than before, Dakota brings a practical, empathetic perspective to training. She understands how important trust in your body is and places a strong emphasis on movement quality, strength development, and intelligent progressions.


Dakota’s sessions focus on building strength, power, speed, and control that transfer directly to the netball court. Athletes are taught how to move efficiently, manage load, and reduce injury risk while still training with intent and purpose. Programming is structured, adaptable, and designed to meet athletes where they’re at.


When you train with Dakota, you’re not just preparing for a season. You’re developing the physical foundations, confidence, and awareness to perform consistently and stay resilient on and off the court.
