With a calm, supportive coaching style and a strong focus on great movement and long-term progress, KP helps members build habits that actually stick. Whether someone is brand new to training or looking to push their performance, KP meets them where they are and helps them move forward with clarity and encouragement.
 

Outside the gym, KP values family, health, and balance, and brings that same perspective into how she coaches at Virtus: train hard, look after your body, and enjoy the process.
