Virtus is a coaching business first, and almost every coach on our floor earned their spot the same way: ten weeks inside our internship, coaching real members under real supervision. That is the front door.

The pathway is the interview
- Nearly every coaching hire starts in the 10-week internship, where we see how you coach real members before any job exists
- The final review maps to the Virtus coach standard, and strong graduates get a pathway conversation
- It is real: Aiden came through the internship and now coaches our floor and leads High Performance
- We hire for character and coach the craft, so you do not need the perfect CV to start, you need the internship

We are not currently hiring
No open roles today, and we will not pretend otherwise. But teams change, and when a seat opens we look at two places first: our internship graduates, and the expressions of interest below. If Virtus is somewhere you want to work, whether that is coaching, member experience or something we have not thought of yet, tell us who you are. A real person reads every one, and we keep them on file for when the moment comes.
